All in POV they CR me and then when i pulled off i accidentally hit the back end of their car then they proceeded to engine block me and gave me no demands before tasing me and killing me

Firstly, stopping on a non-highway road for no reason is a criminal offence so they have IC reason to stop you. You then proceeded to ram into their vehicle and drive recklessly causing the FIB Agents to pursue you. After that demands were given via Radar for you to pull over. You DID slow down for a moment but then proceeded to crash into the vehicle once more causing FIB to Engine Block. Multiple demands were issued for you to get out of the car, taser deployed too but you failed to do that causing FIB to open fire.
