2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be in charge of NG because the name NG/ARMY gives a great feel of patriotism. My goal is to make NG the greatest. I believe I am prepared to take on the role of leader of this organization because I have been working on this project for a long time and have accumulated a great deal of expertise in various state organizations. I worked in state organizations for a long time. I have witnessed many positive and negative things. I would fix the negative things and work to keep them from happening, and I would take all the positive things I observed and apply them to the organization. I am prepared to overcome any challenges that may arise because I am aware of how challenging the role of NG leader is. I have worked with great leaders like Frost Ashford who have taught me a lot, I will implement all my experience, knowledge and everything I know in making my term successful and the best.
2.2 Since many people constantly violate RolePlay, we all know that its quality is declining. For this reason, I'm here to raise the bar for RolePlay, which means that in serious situations, everyone should act appropriately so that other organizations will notice that NG has superior RolePlay. I would put in a lot of effort and be honest with everyone since I adore this organization. From the beginning of playing on this project, I wanted to be a leader and I think that now I have gone through and learnt enough that I could become a leader and I think that now is the ideal time for that. All new members would receive instruction from the high command and assistance from me. I would listen to both sides and mediate conflicts between members amicably. I would also give everyone a lot of chances.
2.3 I would oversee this organization with my current crew and hire new members daily if needed. I believe that I would be a good leader of NG since I am highly resourceful and composed. I am aware of how challenging it is to head this organization and how much responsibility it entails. I am aware of all the server regulations as I know that the leader must obey them and that I must also do what the Curator directs. I want to apply to be the leader of this organization because I think I have the abilities and talents to meet all the requirements.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 A well-chosen group of individuals: I would have people with my highest trust in High Command. Since the High Command is the most crucial component in managing the organization, next just to the Leader and his deputies, this would avoid a lot of disputes and issues.
3.2 We will do practice drills twice every week. Which will include shooting, placing barricades etc. (as placing spikes on north/south gate is confusing for newbies)
3.3 To keep the organization running smoothly and prevent any problems, my deputy and I will constantly monitor the activities of every soldier and department.
3.4 To ensure that everyone receives top-notch training, I will assemble the best HR team with the best officers.
3.5 To increase the soldiers' confidence, a promotion ceremony will be held once a week. I will personally review each soldier's logs to determine who is qualified for the promotion.
3.6 To ensure that we always have someone with experience to lead any situation, I will assign duty time to high commands.
DEPARTMENTS
1. Black Ops - these will be the one's with great shooting skills and excellent IQ. They will always be ready for any situation like store robbery, hostage situation etc.
2. Air Force - these will be the one's with great flying skills. Their major tasks will be to scout the base and collect criminal activity intels.
3. Human Resource - Their major work will be to take interview, hire and give a top-notch training.
4. Military Police - Their major work will be to keep an eye on the base by patrolling it and checking soldier's licenses, car trunks etc. to prevent any criminal activity within the FZ territory.
