Situation was i responded to atm robbery as a leo , unfortunatly i got killed and i was unconcious there , then this guy came his id is 57709 did /me cums on pilot (pilot is my Ic name ) , so my req is if /me command count as action when we hire people we sign contract like this his id and his words clearly visible in left chat or left eye , So is it Rule break of general rule 3.1 or 6.1 ? , here are proofs
