2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I started playing on this project 2 years ago, in city number 1EN) where initially i had no experience, money and friends aswell, but i found one guy who introduced me to gangs and illegal organizations, the first gang i joined was families itself and started working there at a fresher and got too much rankups due to my hardwork, dedication, and urge to learn new things and soon one day i became a leader over there 2 times of gangs itself. Now it had been more than 2 years since i am playing on this project and meanwhile in this time i have gained a lot of experience, i am well aware of all the rules and regulations of the server and i think and have confidence on myself that i can handle this term.
Moreover, i have been in all the organization(state orgs and gangs) which will help me in a situation when i will be able to think from both the mindsets like what and how will the cops react and how should we do the situation properly, so that i can complete every kind of situation properly and in my favour. I have past exp in all the orgs as an HC.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i) Regular events and good amount of bonuses.
ii) Humble, polite, active and hardworking high commands.
iii) Active members.
iv) 100% turf
v) 100% graffitti
vi) Completing the term peacefully and successfully.
