Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

- ID 27240 will receive a punishment for RDM
(As seen in the POV 27240 give RDM at 0:24)

However,
- ID 171619 will receive a punishment for MG
(As seen in the POV 171619 did MG in whole POV)​
