Why should we unban you?
Dear Team,
Due to personal issues, I sold my computer more than a year ago and had no connection to GrandRP because I didn’t own a computer and therefore couldn’t play. I never shared my login details with anyone, and they were never passed on to third parties – they always remained with me. After 1-2 years, I got a new computer and downloaded everything I needed, only to find that my login details for both Steam and Rockstar Games were no longer valid. Even my Discord account, where I had saved all my GrandRP login details on a server, had been hacked.
As a result, I had to purchase new Steam and Rockstar accounts. When I tried to log into the GrandRP servers DE1, DE3, and ENG3 with my login details, they didn’t work, and I found that my accounts had been banned. At the time I left the servers, I was not actively banned and definitely had no ban for cheating. I then started on DE1 and contacted technical support to recover my login details, which I successfully did. However, I was required to submit an unban request due to rule 1.4, which was accepted.
Currently, I have my accounts for DE1 and ENG3 back, but I am still missing an unban. All the accounts I lost remain blocked. Now I see that my DE3 account (ID: 24255) has been banned for cheating x3. I must admit that during my active time, I did receive a legitimate cheating ban and served the 60-day penalty, which is visible. However, this was a long time ago, and now I see a cheating x3 ban that I have no connection to.
Since my DE1 and ENG3 accounts were also hacked, I assume my DE3 account was affected as well. I would therefore like to request an unban and am willing to have the account wiped if necessary. I simply want to recover all my accounts.
