The Past
Omm Prakash was born in the India , filled with city lights and people from various backgrounds Omm Prakash was always a troubled kid who used to fight bullies for his friends since his loyalty to those he trusted meant everything to him. Omm's parents are always busy due to having a military background in special ops, therefore they put Omm in extracurricular activities such as sports and martial arts to keep him distracted. By the age of 15, Omm Prakash was already very proficient in the art of various martial arts and shooting, his father would visit during off-hours to show Omm Prakash how to defend himself with and against firearms as they would often spar together and shoot various wine bottles in their backyard. His father would also teach him a variety of other special forces skills such as stealth and concealment of items. Omm Prakash's mother thought him other valuable life lessons such as loyalty. friendship, and a strong sense of justice.
When Omm Prakash was 17 he found out from his father's friend that his parents died in a spec ops mission, and was told that his father and mother went back ignoring mission protocol to help out their comrades. devastated by the news, Omm Prakash felt a strong sense of justice and went through various training with his father's friend to join spec ops. At the age of 19, Omm Praksh got accepted into the Spec Ops, with great numbers he displayed in his tests Omm Prakash was top of his class. Omm Prakash then from there learned more about hacking and interrogation,
Upon joining GOV :
Omm Prakash upon joining Government he was able to get to be a protector for the governor. He learned a lot about the legal system and learned how to get away with stuff. When he finally got his job as a Doc Director he went through a Lots of training which allowed him to fight back in a 1 vs 3. Also, he needed to protect the citizens of Los Santos at all times, he can have his radio on him 24/7. He keeps his guns on him at all times because he needs to protect the citizens of Los Santos at all times as a Government Eemployee so he works in and out of uniform when necessary.
Outcome:
-Omm Prakash: is allowed to take bribes up to 100k
-Omm Prakash: Can pick up and use illegal weapons on duty.
-Omm Prakash: will be able to go into the Ghetto off duty and do whatever he wants at any time.
-Omm Prakash: Showing no fear to 2 or less people, being able to try his best to talk himself out of the situation where 2 or less people are holding him hostage at gunpoint. He is not afraid to use his combat training when he sees an opportunity to get out by using force.
-Omm Prakash: Can sell and buy illegal items at Black Market. (Excludes: from organization)
-Omm Prakash: Has bias towards his family members so he can reduce their sentence if situation has minimal possibility of getting caught.
-Omm Prakash: Will be able to get involved in criminal activity when undercover to gain evidence in order to build a file.
-Omm Prakash: If finds himself in a situation where someone is taking him hostage, he would rather die than give any Intel to kidnappers.
-Omm Prakash: Can recognize people by their voice.
