2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
ANS:
1. I have been in this organization for many months and i think I gained enough experience to lead this organization because i was head of Black ops and my department was the most active department so I think i can lead this organization to be the most active organization and i think national guard is the one of the most prestigious organizations but most of the leaders fail to prove it and i want to prove to all organization that national guard is not only a source of ammunation
2. I have HC experience in all organization so i think i can make good relations with all organizations and there leaders and deputy which will play an important role in the terms success and i know national guard plays an important role in all organizations functioning as we have to provide backup and most importantly ammunation to every organization
3. I think my leadership qualities can be very effective in this organization because i have a vast amount of experience in this organization so i think i could lead it pretty well and with my leadership qualities i can safely say that this term will be a successful one
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will make sure that HR department is filled with experienced professionals which would train the newbies about proper RolePlay in a particular situation to avoid rule breaks which would eventually lead to an increased level roleplay within the organisation and as we play an important role in the functioning of other organizations so i will make sure to teach newbies the proper way to talk to other leos which would increase RolePlay as whole
2. I will introduce a very strict strike system which would help high commands to take proper action for any misconduct and the guards will have fear of high commands unlike now the new guards dont have any fear of high commands and can sometimes mis behave with high commands and i think which is un acceptable
3. I introduce an new and effective promotion system because in previous terms i saw that un experienced people are high commands who are not active and dont know anything about rules so, i would make sure that only experienced people have high command ranks and the people who are deserving of rank

Black Ops
This department will be equipped with highly trained professionals who excel in Gunnery and have great knowledge of server as well as organization rules.
Air force
This department will have all the skilled pilots in the base those who know how to fly war machines and heavy aircrafts and excel in flying
Military police
This department will deal with guarding the gates and defending fort zancudo with their life and this department will also be responsible for fighting the bandits during FZ raid
Human Resources
This department will contain trained officials who will deal with the proper functioning of the organization and will hire and train new recruits
