1.Honestly, I want to become leader of Vagos because I really enjoy being in gangs, and I enjoy playing with people on the server and having fun together, i also want to bring fun to all the people in en3, legal/illegal, and I want all of us to be friends and have fun times. I have many friends to join me and do fun things together.
2. Creative expression: Assuming a leadership role within this organization presents a unique opportunity for creative expression. As a leader, I can shape the gang's narrative, crafting a captivating storyline that engages players and enriches the virtual world. This creative outlet allows me to explore innovative ideas and leave a lasting impact on both the gang and the overall gaming experience.

I have a lot of experience and knowledge of LEO plans and GANG plans, and I have lead a gang before which means I know the techniques and how to lead gang, deal with people, ranks, turf, spray, events most of all and all the other stuff that I need to do as a gang, i got many people ready to join and we will make the best term in vagos.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Under my leadership i will ensure that my gang is active then every other gang in city.
2) I will also give opportunities to new players in the city and giving them a chance to earn experience and money.
3) Under my leadership i will ensure that everyone will be treated equally and no one will get the rank they do not deserve, and no one will be on lower rank if he/she deserves higher rank.
4) Under my leadership i will ensure that everyone gets regular bonuses and rankups.
