2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 Lately, I have seen less gang activity in EN3. When the project started, gangs were really involved, competing and having fun with role-playing, which brought a lot of energy to the area. But now many gang leaders seem less interested and this has caused less participation and no unity among the members. I want to bring a really big change in this.
2.2 Leaders most of time fail to keep their promises and are not involved in events, which causes many gangs to fade of because they are not active and do not follow the rules. Another issue is that some leaders get too focused on their own territory leading them to break the rules. They also choose the wrong deputies and ignore turf rule making everything worse. I want to step up as a leader to fix these problems bring the Families back to life and bring energy and competition back to the area.
2.3As a leader, I will keep the gang active by joining events like clands , battleships, and stores. I will encourage members to compete with other gangs and legal groups. I will reward active members with promotions and bonuses to keep them motivated. Only certain ranks will be able to recruit new members. New people will be interviewed by trusted leaders to make sure they follow the rules.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 I can not stand toxic people. I will make sure our group is free from negativity and bad behavior. We will hire experienced people who know how to manage the area well.We will also have fun pretending with legal groups, creating cool hostage situations and other exciting stories. I will make sure all Families members feel like one big, friendly family, treating everyone with respect.
3.2 We will have fun making cool stories and acting with legal groups. I will make sure everyone feels welcome and respected. I will choose deputies from different time zones so we stay active even when I am not around. We will follow the rules and try to avoid rule-breaking. Anyone who wants to join will need to go through an interview.
3.3 I will work hard to hire the best turfers in the city and aim to control 100% of the turf by the end of my term. I might also send the interview questions, including roleplay scenarios, in our gang email. No one will be accepted if they can’t answer the questions.
3.4 Finally, I will help some gang members with activities like robbing and fighting in the ghetto. This will make the roleplay more exciting for everyone, create more crime in the city, and give the police more to do.
