Life Story:
Irtaza was raised and bored in the California, in the gang side, his father died when he was young like 5 years old, he was raised by his uncle (his uncle was deep in gangs, and he had his own crew), Irtaza was working hard in school trying to be away from the gangs he managed to do that, at the age of 23 he joined the federal investigation bearu (FIB) started his career there, later on his uncle died by a gang situation where he got shot by a car, Irtaza was angry, and he didn't know what to do he was FIB agent, and also he wanted to revenge for his uncle, his internal thoughts drove him to get a gun and go kill the guy who killed his uncle, when the gang crew knew what Irtaza did they started believing in him and in his leadership skills, so it started all from that situation his criminal life. Career story :
Irtaza started junior agent in FIB, later on he was getting his promotions as they saw his leadership skills and how he handle situations, as mentioned above when his uncle died he killed the guy who murdered him, Irtaza used the PDA to get access to the location of the one who killed his uncle, when he saw the gang life and the money his uncle was making by doing drug stuff, he wanted that money also, so he got into the gang life, lead his uncle crew team, did a lot of missions and started mixing between his Legal life and gang life, Irtaza was building an inside unit where it was full corrupt for him, leaking raids to other gangs, drug bust, used all his FIB access to do this stuff.

1 Irtaza can deny/lie about calling an attorney for a suspect in he custody. He may also deny to show identification to protect he privacy.
2 Irtaza can use illegal firearms and items(drugs,engine blockers) on/off duty that he found after fights through his victims or through his own personal purchases
3 Irtaza can partake in criminal activities alone, or with his family.(Killing/Robbing/Kidnapping/Torturing) (with Following of GR 6.16, 6.15 and GH 1.8)
4 Irtaza can take bribes.(Up to 100k or equivalent value in illegal items/weaponry)( cannot take a bribe to be hostage)
