1. Leader of SANG ( San Andreas National Guard )
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. I have good experience in LSPD, FIB, SAHP, GOV, EMS and NG also. I was in high command position Like Chief of staff and head of department in LSPD, FIB AND SAHP and I was Major General in NG. My objective is to lead the organization after spending a significant amount of time in state service and rising through the ranks to high command by hard work. In the future, I want to improve roleplay with my plans and ideas.
2.2. I worked with state for nearly a year and worked my way up to high command. I have gained so much experience in the past few months and with my hard work and ability to improve the roleplay i will be always gaining new experience. I have never lead an organization as a leader. One more thing is, the last time i worked in NG as a Major General. So I think now I can lead. Hope I gained some more experience. And I also learned how NG works and what is their main purpose. And I hope I can have a good relationship with every person in the city. I learned how to manage people well. My main aim is to continue this organization in the best possible way with the cooperation of all. I am patient enough to teach my employees about "How SANG works?" and share my experiences from my leadership. I have exponential skill to manage my employees and make the org free from conflict.
2.3. Always my goal was to assemble a group of people who works as a team and fulfill their responsibilities as a team. I will always try to motivate them and make the team better day by day. As an SANG organization we will co-operate with other state orgs and will take down the criminal activities in the State of Los Santos.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
I think newbie should be supported and trainees. I will make a team that are professional and experience enough to hire and train the new employees. I will select my HR staff very carefully so that they can train everyone efficiently. And I think one important department of every organization is HR department and I myself am with this HR department. I have been connected for a long time. I will always prioritize professionalism in the organization. I will make sure that my employees are professional in every situation with the citizens and with the state employees. I will try to do as many events as possible to motivate my employees towards SANG. My intention is to explain the responsibilities of that department to those who are skilled in that department. I will boost the morale of hardworking employees of my organization with strong bonuses so that they feel my organization as their own.This method will motivate every employee in my organization.I will do my best to ensure that each employees is putting the appropriate roleplay commands to make the RP better. I will try to teach each of the new commers how to put an appropriate roleplay commands.
As I mentioned earlier my ultimate goal is to make NG the most popular in this city.
SANG Departments
Air Force - They will be specialized in scouting the base as well as collecting info about the movements of criminal activities by air.
Black op's - They will be specialized in responding to hostage situation and store robberies etc.
Human Resources - They will be specialized in hiring and training the new commers.
Military Police - They will specialized in patrolling the base by ground vehicles and neglect any criminal activities in the gates itself.
