here u go extended pov of the situation :

timestamp 0:15 he refuses to drop his items that we requested while there were 2 guns pointed at him he refuses at first but he drops after but still thats fear rp .
timpestamp 3:33 he just starts wearing his expensive clothing while there were 2 officers pointing gun at him and he even sat down on the floor so thats fail rp and fear rp .
also at timestamp 2:37 he is just saying mf and provoking it can be considered as LR 3.3
So he should get punished for doing those rulebreaks
