At 16, Mad Hillz was a 9th grader recognized for diligence-but more for his cleverness in cheating than his academics. Preparing for the upcoming finals, he prepared cheat sheets that would guarantee his passing the said exams. First few exams were cool, but then the principal became suspicious of Mad's performance. On the last exam, Mad was caught and was sent to the principal's office. His father was a low-ranking police constable and was furious, but the matter was settled with the principal to avoid expulsion. Later, Mad learnt that his father had also been struggling with his ambition to become an officer, but lacked the academic skills to pass the exams. Wanting to help, Mad tutored his father, who surprisingly passed the promotion test.But the bosses were unconvinced: they retested his father, under more stringent conditions, and he failed, even his constable position was taken away from him. The family's precarious situation worsened—Mad's mother was ill, and his sister's marriage loomed. His father, overcome with shame and despair, took his life. Tragically, Mad's mother followed soon after.
Left to take care of his older sister, Mad struggled in the pitched battle against despair. The ever-diligent boy now was thrown into the unforgiving world and burdened with responsibilities beyond his years.

Mad and his sister illegally crossed into the USA, leaving a life of hardship . Their first days in the USA had to be spent on the cold, unkind streets with nothing but their dreams serving as blankets. To ensure survival, Mad managed to get himself a janitorial job at a local pharmacy, earning just US$3 an hour. Handwork it was, yet he persisted in the task at hand, driven to provide for his sister. After three months of exhaustive labor, he managed to save enough to rent a small, apartment so that they could finally have a place to live. Mad's commitment did not go unrecognized; thus, he was promoted to caretaker, which entailed a slight pay rise. For the first time in his life, things finally seemed to be looking up. But fate had other plans. One fateful night, the pharmacy was robbed. Mad called the police, only for them to show up late. What he witnessed next shook him from any faith in justice—the officers pocketed the money and let the robbers go scot-free. It was a moment when betrayed and , Mad finally woke up to realize how defective the system he believed in was. Anger became the catalyst that drove Mad into the police force. Hard work, stone-breaking discipline, and an honest-to-goodness commitment to justice characterized his early days as a police officer. But nobody cared, and favoritism with political overtones reigned supreme in the department. Less qualified than many of his colleagues, Mad was passed over for promotion and increase. Frustrated yet determined, he played the long game, learning workings of the system. Slowly, he rose through the ranks. But with power came temptation. Struggling with financial burdens, especially the urge to marry off his sister and provide her a dignified life, Mad succumbed to corruption. What began as small compromises quickly escalated into large-scale graft. Mad justified these actions to himself, of course; it was all for the family. However, with his ambition continuously growing, the line between bad and worse began to blur.

1- Mad is capable of using torture and interrogation to extract vital information, resorting to the harshest methods if required. ( No killing)
2- Mad can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with /try command and /do (2 times per situation)
3- Mad can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape and rob (Pickpocket)
4- Mad can use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members.
5- Mad can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
