Dear Admin,

I would like to begin by apologizing for what has occurred on my part. I sincerely apologize for using OBS, which I now understand goes against the rules. I deeply regret my actions and assure you that it won’t happen again.

It was a completely my mistake, and am ready to cooperate in every way including a pc check.
