3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
a) I can't think of anything, the RP is in great condition as of now but I can say that I would manage and organize my gang to participate every single events with max numbers. Also I would be choosing the Hc's carefully and will be fair to everyone.
1. I will only accept those who know the rules into my gang and this way it will be a flawless gang.
2. I will pay close attention to my turf team and do my best to be perfect in this regard.
3. It is important to rp very well in hostage situations and I am sure I will provide this by a lot.
4. I will give a bonus to everyone who participates for every event we win in my gang.
5. My goal is to be stronger than all the gangs in the city and dominate the city with 100% spraying.
6. When I am not active in my gang, I will set up a team of deputies who can manage at least as well as me.
