I am so confused right now
1) I was told that I cannot run to the GZ after being shot. But I was already in the GZ when he fired his first bullet. Time stamp: 0:35
2) The rule for stopping a vehicle is 2 Gang cars and minimum 4 people, he was alone and I don't know what he was trying to do by ramming into my car and shooting me.
3) Zero communication between the Suspect and me.
4) What exactly was I supposed to do if I do not have a weapon on me, just stop immediately and get killed?
5) My destination from the beginning was my shop at the beach market, and even when he rammed into my car- I kept on moving to my destination.
