Hello,

I have been a part of the GRANDRP community for approximately 3 years and always strive to follow the rules. However, I recently received a 7-day penalty under GR 5.3 for the first time. I am not requesting the removal of my ban and will serve the penalty.

That said, I believe this situation resulted from a misunderstanding. My only intention was to ask an admin for clarification regarding the rules to avoid making mistakes. When I tried to communicate my question, I encountered an error and attempted to inform the admin about this issue. Instead of assisting, the admin’s response seemed unprofessional, and their behavior gave the impression of neglecting their duties and acting arrogantly toward players.

I have also heard similar feedback from other community members regarding this admin’s conduct. I felt it necessary to bring this to your attention, as I believe admins should be held to the highest standards to maintain a positive and fair gaming environment.
