I got ban for GR 1.9 and I am not know the rule properly and I apologize my mistake and sorry

I have humble request to please give me a last chance and i am genuinely remorseful for any inconvenience caused and am eager to resume contributing positively to the community within the boundaries of the platform's guidelines.
