- Firstly I have been in this city for a fine amount of time and when I first came in this city I always admired the state organisations and joined them. I made some pretty good friends and connections there. Then during Aekal Tnt’s term, one of my friend advised me to leave the state organisations and join the crime life. I thought of it and gave it a chance. This was my first time joining a gang and after the interview, I secured the rank of gangster. As soon as I joined the gang and did the events, I loved it and realized what I was missing on. Since then I never went back to State organizations and continued my crime life and kept on improving myself, and now hereby I stand 5 times Underdeputy in Crime organizations.
- I have seen many leaders failing to make their term successful and one of the reasons as per my observation is that the HCs are not knowledgeable and lead events, which leads to them making a rule break and thus sometimes resulting in a mass rule break to get the organization a warning. I will only hire HCs who are experienced and knowledgeable and always conduct their interview. I will also focus and tell the HCs to teach the people who are new to crime.
- I have been a HC for a couple of times in almost all gangs, and I know how to conduct events such as FZ raid, Hostage Situation and Store robbery etc. I know how to handle situations, stay calm and make the right decisions quickly, so I think a can be a great leader.

I want to be the leader of Marabunta Grande because I've had high command experience in the past, back in the day under Pearson Herrera's leadership of FIB I quickly rose through the ranks, and before his term ended, I was at the level of Training Supervisor which is in similar ranking to Head of Department in their current structure. I gained a ton of leadership skills, and abilities to maximize our new recruits in FIB's potential, I would usually host training several times a week at Cayo Perico where new agents were trained and accustomed to the duties of FIB and what takes place in the organization including; firearm training, aim training, basic procedures and operations such as mock store robberies and other mini-events. I would say I definitely understand the basic principles of leading, training, and producing players who know what to do and are able to effectively communicate and get their jobs done, and with this, I could easily lead a gang just as well. I've been in Vagos and Ballas before which could also back my FIB experience and show that I understand the basic fundamentals of leading an org on the recruitment side and in general being in a place of leadership as well as knowledge of criminal structures.
I admire the RP backstory of Marabunta Grande as a gang in GTA lore too, which has made me fond of the gang itself. The color Blue has been a respected color since the beginning of this server and other servers, especially where I came from. Marabunta Grande has always been kind of that lowkey gang on Grand but I want to make them one of the top gangs in the server and make a name for it throughout the community by being represented with players who have a great stance in the community, free of toxicity and just fun, chill and good vibes. I will always strive to enforce more than the bare minimum RP standards within the organization and create an environment where it's not just, go to events, shoot, kill and make money. Rather a group of people who can hang out, have fun, be chill with each other all the while attending events and promoting the great place that will be created with this group.
My final reasoning for wanting to be the leader of Marabunta Grande is the experiences that can be made if I am appointed the first leader of MG, as I said previously I want to create an environment where everyone can have fun and enjoy their time online in Grand. There's been a few issues with the gangs on EN #1 which I have seen that are on the border of being toxic, a lot of people are at each other's throats OOCly which is intolerable and something many people are not comforted by in the community. I want to promote a positive and friendly space while acting accordingly with the rules set in place for everyone, which is another aspect of why I would be a good leader. I'd make sure that there is a zero-tolerance for multiple rule breaks or major ones in general and reflect on players' behaviors accordingly, if people apart of my organization are completely complacent to the structure set in place, they will be removed at once and without any delegation. They could come back in time if they review their mistakes, acknowledge them and improve themselves for the future. Overall, I just want people to have fun while being a part of MG and understand how to act when roleplaying as a crim/gang member, a new server should be a means to set a new standard of roleplay.

Some things I would do to improve Roleplay;

• Weekly OOC meetings about our performance in-game, going over recent rule breaks, administrative notes, etc.
• More IC player-created events with other gangs, civilians, or legal factions to improve a sense of roleplay rather than constant fighting and events.
• A forum harmony, my organization should not have any toxicity against any other group, reports will be made only when it is necessary.
• A sense of good standing with every other group in the city on the OOC level, everyone at the end of the day is a person behind their screen, a sense of community would be a large positive.
• ICly I would make some scenarios for my organization to participate in and possibly makes some IC rewards/benefits involved.
• Overall, create a positive and enjoyable gang that someone could join if they're around for the vibes and quality gameplay.
• Having shooters, yes but including other people who may not be as experienced in the city with a gun or roleplay in general.
• In-depth review of the rules upon recruitment, I would make sure everyone knows the exact rules and restrictions we have at all times, this would overall improve roleplay quality around my organization and carry on throughout interactions with others in the server.

During that time, I've held high command and leadership positions in both legal and illegal organizations in many different cities. I quickly became accustomed to the rules here. I am the deputy leader of families in the second city, and I have experience in this one.
By introducing fresh tactics and concepts to the big RP community, I hope to transform the way we view role-playing. To attract the community to join my criminal organization, I'm hosting new kinds of globals, unlike the typical rev death match or megamall takeover.
Additionally, because most gangs these days are quite inactive and members don't attend events or backup calls, I would like to make my gang very active. To start off, I would like to talk about my extensive knowledge of the server. I Pride myself on making sure I have been in every organization in the city. I have been in many state orgs like FIB and LSPD leading some. I have also been Deputies in bloods and Ballas previously. My time has come back where I would like to bring my talents back to gangs and making sure that we will take over the city and make gangs once again the face that runs San Andreas.

When I started playing grand almost 3 years ago now I started off in a Bloods with a friend of mine, when I started playing Grand RP I had to start from the bottom of every organization, I learned so much from so many good people and I want to use that knowledge that they gave me and provide for the city, I want to make an impact on the city.

I have seen many dominate gangs in the past, I have even worked for a few of them. I want to create the most dominate gang this city has ever seen. I want to have Law Enforcement Scared to see what we can do. Make sure every time they hear Marabunta is at a store robbery, they are fearful and nervous.

My advice for improving roleplay in Marabunta is that I first..

First off, I would make sure to do RP training with my whole gang all the way up to my Deputy Leaders. I would try and put them into Rule Break situations that would show and train all members of the org so we can stay with less rule Breaks and keep the gang running at full speed. All gangs are important and they can not function with out each other. I would try and create better RP with all the other orgs. I Would have a 1 on 1 meeting with every gang to see what we can do to take down The LEO’s. I would also like to do a robbery of the capital where we have every gang team up vs every Law enforcement Officer. When I was Leader, I made Mistakes. I wont lie. I Messaged up. That happens. I Just want what is best for the city and I think that I can make that happen. I want to have a chance where I can show what I’m truly made of and show everyone that we will make Ballas the best org that we can. I know that I will make Ballas the most feared gang that I can and I will not let you down.

Marabunta was always the gang that I belonged to, even when it gets disbanded I never drop the blue flag anywhere else. I strongly believe that I have acquired the skills in order to be a leader, and not just any leader but Marabunta's, they have been my brothers ever since my first entry to the city, and I believe that it is time for me to take the throne and lead these blood-thirsty killers through the streets and dominate every corner there can be.

The future troops of this gang will leave a remarkable trace no matter where they set foot, taking over authorities with hostage situations and making decisive deals is nothing but a walk in the park for the members that I got onboard ready to sail into the battleship, raid through the Fort, dominate the Clandestine Shop and much more. Marabunta and its new leader and his members will open a door in this city no one knew existed.

There will be no idle moment for Marabunta when I get the leadership, if it wasn't a hostage situation, its a robbery, there will be so much going on, the graffiti is always in place and 10k+ is secured no matter how powerful other gangs think they can be, we can fight all day for the 10k and still have all the other events won by Marabunta, that is what power, loyalty and trust gets you within my gang. And right now, i got more than enough to takeover.

Not to mention That My main principle is to never break a single rule, I've got the best turfers there are on the city and they are on my side and they all know all the rules and how to raise even a newbie member that just joined to become a very strict gangbanger that stands by the rules and on the skulls of our competitors.

I will build a team that will fight over graffiti all the time regardless if we having an event or not. Another team that will attend and takeover the events, and I know exactly who to put in what position.

Global events will take place very often.

If some other gang is willing to cooperate for a certain task, as long as there is common good and trust we can be partners.

This organization will be like a brotherhood, if anyone from a deputy to a newbie got attacked, we will always be there for the support no matter how hard the situation is, either we all go to jail or no one does.

Dominating the ghetto is just a piece of cake, and robbing everyone that passes by on our free time.

I will do my best to take 100% turf again but this time with me as the leader.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

• I would like to be leader of the marabunta gang because I have lots of experience from being in English city 1 and 2 and i know the rules fairly well along with the punishments for these rules.
• Another reason id like to get leader of marabunta , because with eng city 2 being a pretty new server still there is new players in the city who have no previous experience in gangs and there is also a mix of players who are from ENG 1 that do have experience and with this I could have myself and other experienced members help and share knowledge with the new people in the gang and we could all work together to help each other become the best gang in the city.
• My last reason for wanting to become leader of this org is, being leader of an org will give me an opportunity to meet new people within the city and make some good friends while also giving me a group of people to have fun with and build and carry a solid gang.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. To improve roleplay within the gang I would have a specific group of people who I am certain has a lot of helpful knowledge and can help new players in the gang when they need help and this will also be my team who will go out in the city on certain dates and times to try and recruit members and i will have a set procedure and manual they have to follow when recruiting each new member.
2. I also plan on (I would ask more about this during my interview if chosen bc im not sure if it falls under metagaming) creating a map that indicates each spray location for the members of the spray team as this will help players who do not know the spray locations well or are trying out sprays for the first time.
3. I would like to implement a gang accountant who will hold a percent of all money earned within the gang and this money will be used to help buy members in the gang skill for robbing, house robberies and car theft and will also be used to buy supplies for these activites such as crowbars, bookbags, etc
4. I plan on having set ranks within the gang with specific responsibilities and expectations. For Example, I would have a rank called "Spray Captain" and this rank with be responsible for leading the spray team, giving members on the team tips and tricks, making sure all the spray team members are doing sprays every hour and overall managing the team of people who volunteer to go do sprays. I would then also have a rank called "Spray thug", this rank will be given to all the members of the team besides the "Captain" and they will be expected to follow the spray captain and take over as many spray locations possible.

2.1 -Marabunta has a very good location and it is the best location for solar plant so i can give more and more bonus to my gang members , I will make sure that when Leos see Marabunta in doing Store Robbery, FZ raid ,Gun Store Robbery or Subs , They should have some fear to fight with Marabunta members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the gang only
2.2- I have much experienced to now lead this gang and I have 2 experienced Deputy and Under Deputies
Who can help me to operate this org and In my past experience I have seen that rules where broken by the high commands ,they know only basic rule of the city so these things will be not be tolerated any more and I will hire 2 deputies from different time zone so that marabunta can we most active gang in the whole
2.3- I will make a meeting among the gang members in every 3 days and weekly meetings with HIGH COMMAND
In the meeting they will tell me what that have done I these days and where they need help , in there sessions we will tell the some more rules to them or we will clear there doubts if they are confused in any rule, by this way we will hardly get the warning on the gang because no one will do rule break and they will get the know lead also that how deal with any situation .

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in Organization.
3.1 - I will make sure that all 46 graffities locations are under Marabunta and no one can paint over the graffities
3.2 I will give maximum amount of bonus as they have also contributed to make Marabunta all the time and they will get there bonus timely
3.3 Favoritism and power missuses will not be expected any more in my gang
3.4 we will manage to take more and more turf members in our gang ( I have 12 turff member right now ) but i will still search for others for 100% turf
3.5 we will do event like store Robbery, FZ Raid ,Gun Store Robbery or subs on the daily bases
3.6 I will give the ranks to the deserving members only
