2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have experienced all the leos and everything so now I want to lead the gang and make rp life successful. I want to become the leader of families because gangs always caught my eye and families were my first gang that I joined. Since the day I joined this city it was a dream to become a leader but it was not the same as others, mine was to lead a gang.
- i want to be leader of vagos as the members of the vagos have lot potential in them so i will use it wisely to make the vagos a better gang! I consider myself to have enough experience to be a leader. Since loyalty and seriousness are not very important in many organizations, I would like to try to make this role-playing server better.
I also want to become leader because I have good leadership skills and I have seen gangs performing very bad nowadays, I will ensure that everyone in my gang knows all the server rules and if they want to become HC, I will personally take their interview. I will not do any sort of favouritism. I will give everyone a free and fair chance to get (depending upon their activity in events).
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
I will ensure that Everyone get equal respect in my term no one show her or his prowers and all to low rank members
I motivated my member to do as much as event they can to my term memorable and all.
No oppression from higher ups to lower will be tolerated. And No one use they powers in wrong way and 1-2 HC always available for help and all.
Everyone will be respected unlike what they did. Even if they are on the surge of getting fired, everyone should talk to him appropriately.
