Celina was born from the same father of Tzariar Family Leader Lord Tzariar but to a different mother. All were from Asian origin. Their family was misplaced by the constant targeting by Russian Muffia and Corrupt Government and moved to Los Santos in USA to settle down.
After sudden retirement of Lord Tzariar from managing Tzariar family for consecutive 2 years, Celina was called to manage the family alongside her husband and cousin Sherlock Knight.
Lord is rarely seen now and rumor is he rarely steps out from his personal locked under groud bunker near SAHP. He is still the leader but the family is managed 24/7 by Co-Leader and Deputies.
Celina took over the Family joining as a Co-Leader sharing the position with cofounder Sherlock Knight.
Lord Tzariar planted a bionic chip in his head during a neurological operation at Pillbox Hospital which chip is directly connected to the internet server. Only one copy chip has been made which was reserved at EMS Lab. That chip was implemented into Celina’s brain. So in this way Celina has exact same memory as Lord which benefits her in obtaining the skills of Lord. Because of the thermal activity of this chip inside brain Celina is having anger issues recently.
In the beginning she wasn’t welcomed by many people as she doesn’t carry a big name like her brother.
She started fam activities on large scale recently to carry on the legacy of the family.
She joined LI and other orgs mostly illegal orgs with the reference letter from her brother but she was kicked out. She is serving as a HC for multiple gang and currently in Ballas as most of their family joined there.
Celina’s life, defined by violence and criminality, is also a reflection of a deeper struggle for identity and belonging in a world where it’s difficult for an independent woman to run an unofficial organisation.
OUTCOME:
1. Celina have no fear of 2 guns, which means when people try to rob her or taking her as a hostage, they need at least 3 people pointing guns at her.
2. Celina has a high resolution digital lens in her one eye thats why she wears glasses always so that whatever she sees stores in the bionic chip as a bodycam and she doesn’t need to refresh it. The footage is uploaded to a personal server in real-time using internet. If she dies, her lawyer can access the footage and use it to build a case file against the murderer.
3. Celina can smash and destroy bodycam of civilians / Officers (using the /try commands twice per situation).
4. Celina can offer to bribe any officer for a maximum of $100k bribe for easy scape.
5.Celina can recognize anyone by their clothes and voice (without breaking MG by looking at their ID)
6. Celina can recognize any Legal Org just by their clothes because she has the memory of her Brother who worked in different LEOs
7. Celina can inject truth serum to anyone (using the /try commands twice per situation).
8. Celina can kill anyone who poses a direct threat to her life or her family. (Actions must align with GR 6.15 and UB rules to avoid misuse.)
9. Celina is a skilled pilot. She can land in tight spots, fly low to the ground to follow people, and even go under bridges to keep an eye on people in boats. But it's important to know that Blaze doesn't do crazy flying stunts like flying into tunnels. (No UB Flying)
