We received a ban in the game with the anti-cheat code #1023 (Napal Fedorov) while I am go in city after the lollipop mining. I did not use any illegal or do anything against the rules, but I was disconnected and banned for that anti cheat #1023.​

suddenly my screen is black and game is crash so don't know what happened and when I come again I got this please unban me I am not doing anything else.
