2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I want to become a leader of Ballas Gang because when i came to this city firstly, i prefer to be a gangster in this city. So, from that day to today i became a perfect gangster. I experienced all the activities of gangs and now i am confident to be a The Ballas Gang leader. For becoming a leader of this gang, I will try my best to become Ballas on top of all of the gangs of the city.
2.2 I will choose the deputy & under-deputies carefully. Favoritism will be not allowed in this gang, all the player who wants to join the Ballas Gang will be invited after they successfully given their interviews. HCs rank will be given carefully after players passes the HC interviews. Me and my gang members will make an alliance to other gangs when this will be beneficial for our gang like BM raid, GP and other activities when this will be beneficial!
2.3 I will choose the graffiti team and turf team for whom who can deserve to join this team and i will also make a leader of graffiti & turf team. I will try to make an alliance in our gang members so, more members become friends with each other. I will try my best to find that one member who is breaking rules and i will BL him/her if she/he breaking rules again and again. And also, i will try my best to hold this gang for 30 days without breaking any rules and without warnings.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
For improving roleplay we will do more events and we will make this gang 100% active in ghetto. I'll collaborate with senior members to refine gang policies. I'll coordinate team efforts for successful heists. I'll learn from past mistakes to avoid future failures. I'll stay updated on gang operations and policies.
Here Are My Goals To Handle Gang as a Leader.
- 80-100% Turfs
- Dominate all the ghetto
- 8k+ graffiti
- Holding gang without any warning
