Dear Grand RP Support Team,
I am writing to discuss a permanent ban I got while playing on your server. During the SNOWMINING event, I was mining and soon after, I was banned without any warning or reason.
Also, I just signed up on the forum, but I got banned on the Grand RP website too for "spam." However, I have not done anything like that. This might be a technical problem, which is why I am contacting you again with this message.
I think these actions were mistakes, as I have always followed the server's rules and have never used cheats or unauthorized programs. To support my claim, I can agree to a PC check or any other process to show I follow your rules.
Please review my case carefully. I believe that a thorough check will show my dedication to fair play and rule compliance.
