2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firstly, LifeInvader has been one of my favorite orgs as I have learnt a lot by meeting people, organising events and editing ads. When I first joined the city in 2021 I was recruited by National Guard through state wave and learnt a lot about rules and state organisations as a whole. A few months later as I reached higher in game level I made an application to LI and started my journey as Intern. By being under the 14th CEO Amara Somatra I climbed the ranks for many months until finally reaching Director and almost 20k ads edited. For many terms I have been dedicated to LI and since I have recently came back to the city after a year break I have decided to hopefully take charge of LifeInvader and improve the org as much as I can. Currently I am Deputy Director of Internal Affairs after climbing from Intern a month ago. I have experience in every organisation such as being Rank 12 in Bloods under Tommy Gold's term and HC in LSPD.
Secondly, I’ve been watching how previous leaders managed the org and I understand the dedication and commitment it takes to run LI. I know what the employees want such as bonuses, events and a friendly environment. I also plan to implement daily/weekly goals and provide bonuses personally as a way of extra encouragement for top ad editors. Furthermore, I would like to focus more on News and Events departments as they are often less recognised by the city and I would have creative ideas on events which would engage citizens by testing skills such as pvp or strategic games. For New Department, more interviews of recognised people in the city are needed and LI should be more active with other Legal organisations to document RP situations such as house raids or undercover missions.
Finally, I will aim to find the best deputies and high commands to help run the organisation. Being a leader is important but also having solid people in high ranked positions will enable the org to continue thriving. For example, there will be a more thorough introduction to new high commands so that they are able to ask questions and reach out to other high commands for help. There will be more encouragement through bonuses or promotions of correcting wrong ads they see in city or assisting in tickets to help clients. Also, reminding others in the org to have Hands on Ads will be prioritised and strikes will be issued more often as employees usually ignore these calls. It is often frustrating for those in the city who post ads and have to wait over 10 minutes to have their ads published during hours such as 00:00 to 04:00. As I will be night shift I will be able to make sure there is unnecessary wait times and events can be held at any time of the day even at night.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
LifeInvader is the best organisation on the server as it can provide solid paychecks and has a steady ranking system. By proving dedication to the org, anyone can achieve a rank they deserve and enjoy what they are doing at the same time.
For ADs, we will do regular open recruitments to make sure we have enough employees to cover all hours of the day. Due to AI a lot of applications are faked and falsely created therefore I will aim to remove those who use the easy way to get into LI.
For Events, as LifeInvader earns a lot of money from those in city it will be good to run at least 1 event a day with big monetary prizes and have some events that are both luck-based and skill based so everyone has a chance at winning. For example, races with jet skis or personal cars will be encouraged, revolver or sniper deathmatch and hide and seeks.
For News, more engaging content will be made through asking the city what they want and providing it. For example, social experiments and drone footage of big fighting should be taken and more video form content will be encouraged since articles are read by a few minority due to the small text and format.
