2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I would like to apply for this position of Chief of Police as it's been a long time for me to be a part of Leo's and in this journey I have been in many situations which gave me enough experience for leading LSPD, moreover I have worked under many leaders on various positions which gave me inspiration to apply for this position. If i am given the opportunity to lead LSPD, I promise to work hard and make LSPD great and functional again.
Secondly I have been a part of all legal orgs which gives me a good knowledge about legislations & Server Rules which will help me out during my leadership. More over I have leaded departments in many organizations multiple times which enhanced my Collaboration skills and will help me to lead an organization as well.
Lastly according to my Believes leading an organization is not only for 1 person so I will make sure to have well deserved High Commands which will help me to make LSPD active then ever, I will announce weekly promotion ceremonies which will make people engaged within the org moreover Heavy bonuses would be paid which will maintain interest of all employees and will never lead org to be inactive.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will make weekly Goals for the departments which will create competitions between them and this will lead to higher activity from the org.
- I will appoint best available HR team for trainings, Hence best training so Higher RP automatically
- Higher bonuses would be paid to attract people
- Everyone will get the respect they are deserved and there would be no favoritism under my leadership which make people feel secure which will make people learn easily.
