2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
To start, I consider myself a great leader as evidenced in my recent EMS term where my curator described me and my crew as the best leader he had ever seen. LifeInvader is where I want to replicate that success, I ended my 2nd term as the Chief of EMS with 0 warnings and verbals whereas other leaders couldn't say they had done the same. I am a listener and I work well with my crew and new faces as well. I take opinions from everyone and consider everyone's thoughts before acting upon any important decisions. I think that I am a perfect candidate for this position as I'm being groomed for this position by Tommy Gold, who has accompanied me in many parts of my journey, the most recent one being the Chief of EMS where he was my deputy for my 2nd term and we did great things.
Moreover, I think the current hegemony within the organization is very competent and I'd consider myself very lucky to be leading them for a term which can be the best one yet once we get to work. I am not a One-man army, so I consider all of my HCs as the closest ones to me, which makes them care for me too so that way we all work together. Under my leadership, we will work our best to make sure all 3 departments in the organization are run like a well-oiled machine. We will also make sure that the departments are more active than ever before, and put focus on the other ones as much as the focus on ADs department as well. I also have a team ready to help me from the get-go, a team with a proven track record in many organizations, and one of my deputies being an Ex-Senior Administrator as well.
There are many other areas that I will work on as well, the most prominent ones will be the quality of ADs, I want to make sure that they are always professional and will work with the top leadership of the last term as well to turn that into a reality. I have a guy who runs a professional media company in real life ready to kick start his journey with perhaps the best Creative Department that you will ever see. For news as well I have people ready to take everything to the next level. I will apply the tried and tested policies of the last term to make sure the quality of work here in LifeInvader stays top-notch and we get remembered as the masterminds behind LifeInvader's Golden Period.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Our priorities will be equally divided between all 3 departments, the first one and the most important being the ADs. ADs are the first impression of a successful LI term, we will make sure that this department is adequately staffed at all times with a diverse crew of seasoned professionals and new hires who learn from them.
We will conduct daily recruitments to cover all the hours of the day making sure that LifeInvader stays active for 24 hours and not just prime time. Policies will be tightened to allow a better editor experience.
We will continue the last leader's approach of doing at least 1 Event a day, sometimes even more. The revenue that LifeInvader generates will be used to make everyone's experiences better, giving them chances to win a lot of cash prizes!
We will do a slight revamp of the News department where we will make sure that the news relevant to the public is posted and our team of editors will be tasked with making interesting content like Events, Prize-winning shows and much more stuff to keep everything exciting for the general population.
We will keep the bonuses fair and worthwhile, in doing so we will attract many and then we will have a pool of individuals for us to choose the best and the brightest among them.
