My NVIDIA application malfunctioned, resulting in the loss of my point-of-view recording. I hope you will consider lifting the punishment so I may participate in the Christmas event. I always adhere to the rules, but my instant replay encountered a technical error, specifically affecting my kill clip. The player requesting the footage is in a private forum, which I believe is against the rules; could you investigate this? I would be most grateful for a second chance. My punishment history is clean, and I have provided a valid reason for the missing POV. I also offered to undergo a PC check if cheating is suspected. This type of technical issue is relatively common, and it only involved a single kill in a circle event. I appreciate your understanding. Thank you for your time.
