1. I want to be Leader of... Bloods Street Gang
1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Since I've been involved in EN3, I've noticed a significant drop in gang activity compared to earlier days. At the beginning of the EN3 project, things were buzzing—every gang was showing up to events and really pushing that rivalry among members, which made the ghetto super lively and got everyone engaged in roleplay situations. Lately, though, it seems like many gang leaders aren't as pumped or motivated as the previous ones, and that’s led to a slump in events and a lack of unity among gang members.
A lot of leaders have taken on the role but haven’t delivered on their promises. Instead of stepping up, they just do the bare minimum for events set by the curators and then go quiet, waiting for the next week to roll around. This lack of commitment has caused many gangs to disband due to inactivity and rule-breaking, as high commands and deputies are recruiting anyone they can find without proper interviews, just to inflate their member count and claim they’re active.
Another big issue is gang turfs. Many leaders are too focused on their territories, which has led to numerous warnings because they’re not picking the right deputies who understand the turf rules and formats. That’s why I want to step up as a leader—to turn things around, transform Bloods into a strong organization, and revive the excitement and rivalry in the ghetto.
I've been the leader of a gang five times now, and I don't think anyone else has pulled that off. I know how to tackle issues, understand how things operate, and get the hang of game scripts. I also know how to build solid relationships with other leaders and players. I'm eager to create some great roleplay again, especially against Leos.
Plus, I've got my professional turf team. It seems like no one has achieved a full 100% turf since Shifu and I did it together, which was a first double 100% in Families gang for EN3. We're geared up and focused to make it happen again with minimal rule violations.
What will I do different from the rest?
To kick things off, I’m going to be a hands-on leader throughout my term, ensuring our gang stays active and sticks to the rules. I’ll make it a point for us to show up at all the big events like clands, battleship, subs, and stores. I’ll keep the spirits high among my gang members by motivating them to take down rival gangs in events and in the ghetto, plus take out the legal organizations too. I’ll keep an eye on everyone’s activity and hand out promotions and bonuses to keep them pumped up, which will encourage them to join in on more events. I’ll set up just a few ranks that can invite new members, so I can be sure that only trustworthy people who know the gang rules are bringing in new faces. Those who want to join Bloods will have to go through an interview with the higher-ups, where they’ll answer five questions. Get them right, and you’re in; mess up, and you can try again once you’ve brushed up on the rules. I’ll also create private logs on Discord so my deputies and I can track everyone’s activity. If someone’s active, they’ll score promotions and in-game rewards like cash or spray cans. But if they’re slacking, they’ll face a strike or even a kick. Lastly, I’ll ensure our gang is always involved in RP, fostering a solid rivalry between Bloods and other gangs. As mentioned, we’ll hit up most events, and I’ll make sure my deputies are ready to step in and run things when I’m offline.
My experience in EN3 Porject:
I've been part of EN3 since it launched on October 30, 2022. I've tried my hand at various organizations, but I've always been drawn to the crime scene. I've served as a deputy in gangs more times than I can count and have led a gang five times. I'm pretty confident that with my skills and experience, I can turn Bloods into the most powerful organization in the city. And i know how to tackle problems effectively.
My Goals:
- No rule-breakers in Bloods. As I mentioned earlier, only a select few ranks will have the ability to invite new members, and they'll ensure that everyone who wants to join goes through a thorough interview process. I wrapped up my last term with zero warnings, so I’m confident I can do it again.
- I want to have deputies from various time zones to keep Ballas active around the clock.
- Reward and promote members who earn it. I’ll keep track of everything through private Discord logs I’ll set up.
- Aim for 100% turf control.
- Conduct proper interviews for new members. A minimum of three years in the city is required for an interview.
- Foster good roleplay with Leo's organizations, especially during hostage situations and store interactions.
- Strive to get the maximum turnout for every event we participate in.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization:
I have no patience for toxic people. I will make sure my host is 100% poison free. I will make sure there are representatives from different time zones. To ensure there is night/day activity. And when I'm not in game It violates the minimum rules as I stated above. We will conduct extensive interviews for anyone who would like to participate. We will make good RP in the field of law. A unique mortgage situation... and so on I will make Bloods members feel like we belong to one big family. Be friendly to everyone and respect each other.
