event date 22/12/2024 I was banned while I was not in the game. First of all, I don't think I did anything that would cause a high ban like a perma ban. Then, when I entered the game for the epha family's raffle, I saw that I was banned, but I don't know why.

Please give me a chance to play with my friends again. I really miss them. I hope you understand my situation.
