1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol
2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 The San Andreas Highway Patrol was one of the first organizations I joined when I first joined the city. Since then I have served for many terms and slowly climbed the ranks up to Undersheriff and really enjoyed my time at SAHP. I have also been other high positions in the city like Deputy Chief of Police two times and Deputy Director for FIB with all this experience I believe I have gained enough experience to try a leadership position.
2.2 During my time in Law Enforcement I have seen some legal orgs struggle with activity especially during the night times. I am determined to bring change to SAHP and make SAHP a active org constantly by open recruitments hosted all throughout the day. I would also like for it not to be looked at as a organization you can get a high rank easily, my HR team will work at their best to make sure all employees are kept to a high standard.
2.3 All and all I aim for a welcoming, fun and enjoyable organisation that the troopers of SAHP can remember and have a fun time in.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will ensure the Human Resources & Training team is providing the troopers with good quality training so they can have fun and understand the basics of law enforcement easily and make sure our new troopers don't make mistakes and get the org into trouble. They will also conduct open recruitments all throughout the day to ensure we have units active 24/7.
- I will also ensure that the S.W.A.T department is conducting SWAT training to improve our trooper's shooting skills and work closely with the FIB to keep up to date with their new tactics.
- Last but not least, improving the RP by using proper radio codes to create good communication and maintaining professionalism. Lastly, having weekly organization wide meetings so I can make sure that all officers are enjoying their time and let them express their ideas for future improvements for the organization.
Internal Affairs:
This department is going to be led by experienced individuals that will keep the organization running smoothly and enforcing the internal rules fairly for every employee not matter the rank.
Human Resources & Training:
This team will provide trainings to a good standard for every trainee, hosting open recruitments all throughout the day and conduct regular bodycam check ups for every trooper no matter the rank (Including High Commands) so we can provide it to DOJ if requested and keep the org out of legal trouble.
Highway Patrol:
Highway Patrol will have high activity in towing and issuing fines, conducting checkpoints and ensuring the safety of the citizens on the highways at all times.
