2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2. 1) As long as I remember, Since when I’ve arrived into the City I didn’t know that much about LEO Side plus most importantly FIB Cause I was mostly focusing on Criminal activity But getting bored of it I started joining the other side and by the Time I joined Monty McKnights Term was the very 1st FIB Term I’ve ever joined and I realized that being in a LEO Side can actually be fun and entertaining to some people and it doesn’t matter what other people said about it I kept joining LEO Side But mostly FIB.
2. 2) So I want to try my best to get and Lead FIB cause I feel like it always has to have a good team of people in the ORG and I feel like I can accomplish by bringing the best out of the best People in the city to be Hired in FIB. But most importantly I wanted to Lead FIB for so LONG now but I couldn’t, but that changed and I feel like I’ve gotten enough experience and I will do my best on Leading a Good Team this Next FIB Term and I know how it feels to be a Leader from some time ago as well, But being a Deputy I felt a lot of responsibility as well and I was 12+ Times Deputy in Different LEO Orgs so I know how it is.
2. 3) But most importantly its always good to keep a Positive environment in FIB, Cause it is crucial to everyone and their Ability to stay Mentally Available for everyone else. So not having a Good and Healthy team it will not go far in the Term.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3. 1) Most importantly the RP Scenarios in the city needs to be improved and not just Shooting at whatever you want and the problems go away, no no But it needs to be done in an actual realistic way as possible so the People that want to Enjoy RP will actually enjoy it and I Will try my best on stopping people that like Ruining RP Scenarios for others as well as much as possible.
3. 2) Will do my best on ensuring relationships with other Organizations in the state, Cause that is super important on actually working with each other and Trusting each other Orgs actions on whatever happens and having their back whenever possible.
3. 3) I will not let Favoritism ruin this next Possible FIB Term, So I wont make anyone without experience a HC But the Rank they Deserve or whatever experience they have, But If I get reports of FAVORITISM in FIB By someone I will most instantly fix it as quick as possible.
Departments That Will be in FIB:
SPECIAL FORCES TEAM ( S.F.T )(SPEC OPS/SAU Combined)
I feel like it will be Better on Keeping this singular Special Team in FIB BUT Making it have 2 HODs
and it would be for the better on not confusing those 2 Departments anymore, Will be the Key of having success in Missions and securing safety in the city.
UNDERCOVER DEPARMENT
The most important and the Back Bone of FIB, That needs to gather Intelligence that FIB Uses and Shares on conducting Important Missions on Criminal Groups that terrorizes the City. So it is Important on having an Active and Superior Undercover team in FIB to Collect Evidence and Deal with the Criminals as much as Possible.
HUMAN RESOURCE AND TRAINING ( HR-T )
Its important for every State Org on maintaining a Good HR-T Team cause it is Crucial on Hiring people into the Org and Maintaining the Knowledge for the New Agents, So it is super Important Cause not having it, The term would Crumble.
INTERNAL AFFAIRS ( IA )
The Department that needs to keep checking and ensuring that everyone in the Org is following the orders of everything and not being unprofessional. Most importantly BG Checks and Trunk searches are their job on checking if we’re not having any Criminal maybe running the Organization.
