1. Leader of... Los Santos Police Department
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with an explanation)
2.1 I already have experience in all Legal and Illegal Organizations - Leader of Bloods with successful term , Deputy of Vagos , Deputy of LSPD with successful term , Deputy of National Guard with successful term , Leader of Families , Deputy of Marabunta . I already know the basics of the leadership , Rules of the server and How to handle the pressure on the leader.
2.2 I will try to go for the Blue Mikachu Hoodie and complete 2 terms with less than 3 warnings as LSPD deputy i learned the most of the verbals you get are for SR 5.5 , I will have a active HR team who will hire experienced people and train new people and teach them the basics of LSPD and State rules , So they don`t break them .
2.3 Most of the citizens who joins LSPD needs thorough training routines , practice drills on how to approach things , and sometimes strictness so they behave well mannered and professional . Only a good leader can provide them these things and also let them enjoy and make friends in the organization and find the organization as a home where everyone is equal and not on the basis of ranks .
2.4 Leader does not only mean that leading events and all to complete curator checklist . It means to enjoy with the members of your organization while completing the tasks given by curators . In a law enforcement environment, where new challenges and technologies constantly emerge, it's essential to have a team that is adaptable, skilled, and well-prepared. So i will create a team that is well prepared to tackle any situation .
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- We Will Do Promotion Ceremonies Every Week In which We Will Facilitate And Promote People Who Deserves The Promotion By Their Hardwork Not On Favoritism.
- We Will Utilize More RP commands During On Duty We Will Increase Use Of Commands (me/try/do) This Makes Dynamic Roleplay.
- We Will Make Good Relations With Every Another Orgs And We will Help Them When Needed!
- We Will Conduct Meetings Every Saturday With All The Departmental HC`s For If They Have any Issues For Doing Departmental Works.
- We Will Do Every Weekly Tasks Given By Curators and Will Lead This Term Without any Warning Or Verbal.
