Dear Abraham,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a situation that occurred three months ago, which led to my permanent ban under General Rule 1.3 ("Any fraud against players is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN, and we do not refund lost money").

On that day, I was selling cars outside my house, as I do regularly. A player came by, and after inspecting two Mercedes C63s—one fully upgraded and the other partially upgraded—he showed a preference for the fully tuned car. We agreed on a price, and I offered him the car. However, he declined the offer. I then mistakenly presented him with the partially upgraded car, as they were listed next to each other. Upon his refusal, I asked, "What would you do if you refuse twice—are you going to buy the car or not?" He responded, "We agreed on the max upgrade, not this one. Now I’m going to the forum."

I sincerely apologized for the mistake and lowered the price significantly, as my goal is not to be banned over a car transaction but to enjoy the game and earn some in-game currency. He then left, but before doing so, he mentioned that he could see the mistake wasn’t intentional. Later, I even reached out to him on Discord, where he confirmed everything was fine and assured me he would not report me.

Two days later, however, my friends in the family chat informed me that I had been suspended from the site. Upon checking, I saw my account was banned. After further investigation, I discovered the player involved had uploaded a video showing me offering him the car and him refusing, and it seems that this video was used to support the ban. I also noticed that he deleted the video from his YouTube channel shortly after the complaint was accepted, likely to prevent any larger admins from reviewing it more thoroughly.

I want to emphasize that this was an honest mistake on my part, and I deeply regret the confusion caused. I have been part of this community since the early days of the RS server and spent a lot of time and effort over the past two years building my account. I sincerely believe that a mistake like this—one that didn’t involve any malicious intent—should not result in such a severe punishment. I value the time and resources I’ve invested, and I would never risk everything for the sake of a few in-game dinars.

While I fully respect the server rules and the decisions made, I kindly ask for your understanding and reconsideration of my case. I understand that bans under Rule 1.3 are typically irreversible, but I hope that my appeal can be reviewed fairly, considering the context and the genuine mistake that occurred.

I truly enjoy this server and would be grateful to return, but I understand if that’s not possible. Please continue running the server with the professionalism I’ve always respected.
