2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have great experience in LifeInvader, i have been in the org for more than 1.5 years i was HOD of every department at some point, i was the deputy leader for 5 terms and i got the opportunity to lead this wonderful organization as a leader for 2 terms. I feel LI is lacking in some places nowadays and i really feel sad looking at my most beloved org suffering, but i feel if i get the opportunity to lead it once again i can bring back its glory days and together we can take LI to top once more with my experience and the support of my high commands. When i was the leader last time, we completed 2 of the most successful terms of LifeInvader history and made everyone remember it for ages to come. Our term was the best because we had the least number of complaints or any punishments issued to us, we worked our hearts out and it resulted in one of the best LI terms ever. I was fortunate enough to be a part of something so great and to be able to lead it as well. But it wasn't only me, i could have never achieved it without my lovely HC team. I feel i had the best HC team of LI in a long time, and i can assure you if i get the chance to become leader again i am gonna make sure i get back my best HCs team and we make the org just as strong as before with every HOD and DHODs having huge experience so that they can use their experience to lead the departments and make everything work smoothly. I feel with my and my deputies experience, and with my hugely experienced high commands team we can once again make LI the way it used to be back in the days. We are gonna always prioritize the citizens and how we can keep them happy. We will make sure to keep the org more active than ever before and to actively give the citizens chances to enjoy their time in the city.3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I would like to increase actual news covered by us, there are a lot of articles just on different places in the city and random things but i feel news should be more dynamic and cover actual incidents and things happening around the city.We will host regular interactive and fun events for the citizens so that they actually enjoy their daily time in the city and always have something to do Make sure IA and HR departments are used for their respective and dedicated tasks so that everything runs in the org mor smoothly than before.I will host promotion ceremonies to give a better RP experience to the employees just like i used to do the last time i was leader.My goals as leader of LifeInvader:
A) Recruit members regularly, keep the numbers always high so that we can minimize the ADs price for the citizens back to 3k - 3.5k
B) Produce more dynamic and actual news.
C) Host regular and fun events for the citizens.
D) Manage the departments in a way that the org never suffers any problems.
E) Use our experience to guide LI back to top.
