I am with LSPD and was taken hostage by gangs. It took a while because I'm new and couldn't figure out how to do something simple like put my hands up. However, after the situation, they told me to run, so I did. Then, while I was running away, Admin Tyrell Johnson banned me for 3 hours. I really don't know what I did wrong

You were robbed in the ghetto, which you shouldn't have entered by yourself to start with. After the robbing you straight away walked into Families HQ... Thats where Ghetto Rules 1.3 comes into play. You are also responsible for LSPD receiving a verbal warning, as you entered the ghetto solo, which is a violation of Rules for State 5.5...

100% fair punishment in my opinion.
