Hello Mr Alonedark,
I appreciate your concern about this rule and now let me explain my side of the story. From what I saw you took a hostage from the ghetto which was a FIB agent when we were doing ghetto patrol. That is fair and we changed locations because we were getting shot. You went to the pier and we followed and we initiated some Roleplay.
During this roleplay what happened was, I noticed you guys were not paying much attention to the hostage. So I decided to capitalize on your blunder and tased you 3 which led the hostage to be free. This has been done multiple times by LEOs and I would call this "High risk high reward" because obviously during this if the hostage does die it's all our fault. But we played this hostage situation well and during this The hostage was safe as well as the Hostage continued to arrest you which showed that he is fine and didn't get harmed.
Of course the decision is on the reviewing admins and whatever you guys decide I will respect your decision and move on with my RP life.
In this I would request for admins to check the kill logs, take multiple POVs if possible to show that we didn't harm the hostage at all and this was all played out in the RP situation
