Reason 1:
The idea of becoming a leader in the city where I have started my journey in has always been something that has pushed me to work hard, learn everything and gain the necessary experience to be able to one day get the chance to lead an organization. Law Enforcement has always fascinated me and has been a huge part of my journey. The first ever organization that I joined in the city was the Los Santos Police Department, and that's where my career in Law Enforcement began. Leadership and management has always been my strong foot, and something that has always grabbed my attention. Being able to lead and manage an organization always excites me and pushes me to work hard and get all the experience and knowledge I can to be able to one day be given the chance to do so. I finally feel that I am ready to become a leader and I hope that I am given a chance to do so.
Reason 2:
Over the years being in the city, I have made a lot of new friends and gained the trust of multiple people who have experience in multiple different organizations and are very knowledgeable. I plan to lead SAHP and carry it to the edge of the universe with these people, using their wisdom and expertise to lead and manage the organization to take it to new heights. I plan to lead the organization with the help of the same experienced Undersheriff, Assistant Sheriff, Chief Of Staff's, Head of Departments, and all the other High Commands. I plan to appoint people who will ensure that there is no favoritism or corruption in the organization, with integrity, honesty, and ethics.
Reason 3:
The third and final reason as to why I want to become a leader is the experience and knowledge that I have gained over the years spent in the city. I have been a part of almost all the organizations in the city, ranging from SAHP, LSPD, FIB, GOV to even EMS. Not only have I worked as a junior in all of these organizations, but I have worked as a High Command in them as well which makes me well versed with the concepts of management of departments, functioning of organizations and handling complex situations. I have also learnt how to handle internal as well as external affairs, not only with other organizations but also with other citizens of the state.
2. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i). One of the reasons that would I believe improve the RolePlay level in the organization would be my activity. I will try my best to be active throughout the entire term, 7 days a week. I will also ensure that all the High Commands in the organization stay active and actively perform their duties and responsibilities, which would lead to active participation of the organization in various events. I would also try my best to take active participation and engage in all the internal as well as external events of the organization, which I believe would set as an example for everyone, which in turn would increase the activity of the organization, leading to the improvement in the RolePlay level in the organization.
ii). I will also try my best to ensure that me, as well as all the High Commands, in fact, the entire personnel of the organization is humble, kind, respectful, professional, and helpful, which would increase the RolePlay level in the organization a lot. I will try my best to ensure that there is no professional misconduct or feelings of hostility in the work environment of the organization to ensure that everyone in the organization is fulfilling their duties and responsibilities regularly, without experiencing any exhaustion.
iii). I will try my best to collaborate and work together with the various different organizations in the state, and organize co-operative events with them as well as internal events to ensure that the environment in the organization stays friendly and energetic which would also prove as a beneficiary to improving the RolePlay level in the organization. I will ensure that the events organized are fun, as well as beneficial to the overall skills, and productivity of the organization, helping everyone learn new tactics, tricks and tips, in an interactive and fun fashion.

Departments of SAHP:
1) Human Resources and Training: This department of the San Andreas Highway Patrol will be the department responsible for the hiring, training, and management of personnel in the organization. The High Commands of this department will be given the responsibility to stay active and ensure that the department personnel stay active as it will be the backbone of the entire organization, which will be responsible for preparing all the new trainees for their journey in Law Enforcement. I will ensure that this department stays professional at all times and the personnel of this department serve as examples to everyone on what it means to be professional, respectful, kind and helpful, and will make sure that the trainees are provided the best quality of training to ensure that they learn all the procedures that are required to be followed by a Law Enforcement Officer thoroughly, and understand their duties and responsibilities well.
2) Intelligence Bureau: This department will deal in covertly responding to scenes and gathering evidence against criminal factions of the various crimes they commit. I will ensure that all the evidence that is presented by this department is valid and in proper form, which will then be handed over to the Federal Investigation Bureau to be further used in case files.
3) Special Weapons and Tactics: This department will deal with conducting special missions, taking lead in critical events and conditions and ensuring that victory is attained. The main objective of this department will be to plan, strategize, communicate, and lead the SAHP personnel as well as other organization's personnel to lead everyone to victory with no to minimum casualties or damages.
4) Internal Affairs: This department will overlook all the internal affairs of the organization and will strive to ensure that all the internal rules, the Code of Procedure, the Procedure for Detention and Arrests, the Penal Code, and the various other Laws and procedures are followed by the organization members at all times. If the personnel of this department find any one breaking and rules or regulations or showing any negligence towards following these rules and regulations, they will have the authorization to take necessary disciplinary action against the member found guilty.
5) Highway Patrol: This department's main motive would be to patrol the highways of San Andreas and keep the roads and areas under the SAHP jurisdiction clean. I will ensure that this department regularly patrols the jurisdiction and this department's primary responsibility would be to take necessary action against citizens violating the Law, which ranges from towing and fining their vehicle's for illegal parking, to arresting them for major crimes.
6) Public Relations: This department will work on organizing events between SAHP and it's fellow organizations, as well as between SAHP and the citizens of the state to ensure friendly relations and teamwork between SAHP and everyone. This department will also act as a stress reliever as it's responsibility would be to organize events which are fun to participate in, but also help in learning and improving the officer's skills.
