- I will limit capabilities of hiring members to a small group of people and create a 'hiring team'. I will ensure that all players who join are tested properly on the rules to ensure we can maintain a high level of RP.

- I will create different roles within the organisation for different purposes. Such as turfing, spraying, events etc. I will allow players to choose which team they want to be a part of so that everyone can do what they enjoy and they will also be able to do well in whatever theyre focused on doing.

- I will conduct some form of diplomacy with other gangs to share sprays and suffocate other gangs and also do diplomacy with corrupt officers to ensure my gang members are safe and everyone gets paid well.

A) I will focus on roleplay events like store robberies, kidnappings, countryside robberies, hostage situations, and raids. Right now, gangs are mostly just fighting in the ghetto, and no one is making money. I want to change that and bring more purpose to gang activities.

B) I will create teams for different tasks, like Turfs and Sprays, to make sure everyone has a role and feels appreciated. I’ll also give bonuses to members who take part in key activities like robberies to keep them motivated.

C) I plan to work with other gangs to improve roleplay. This could include teaming up to take down rival gangs or working together to control certain areas.

Marabunta was always the gang that I belonged to, even when it gets disbanded I never drop the blue flag anywhere else. I strongly believe that I have acquired the skills in order to be a leader, and not just any leader but Marabunta's, they have been my brothers ever since my first entry to the city, and I believe that it is time for me to take the throne and lead these blood-thirsty killers through the streets and dominate every corner there can be.

The future troops of this gang will leave a remarkable trace no matter where they set foot, taking over authorities with hostage situations and making decisive deals is nothing but a walk in the park for the members that I got onboard ready to sail into the battleship, raid through the Fort, dominate the Clandestine Shop and much more. Marabunta and its new leader and his members will open a door in this city no one knew existed.

There will be no idle moment for Marabunta when I get the leadership, if it wasn't a hostage situation, its a robbery, there will be so much going on, the graffiti is always in place and 10k+ is secured no matter how powerful other gangs think they can be, we can fight all day for the 10k and still have all the other events won by Marabunta, that is what power, loyalty and trust gets you within my gang. And right now, i got more than enough to takeover.

Not to mention That My main principle is to never break a single rule, I've got the best turfers there are on the city and they are on my side and they all know all the rules and how to raise even a newbie member that just joined to become a very strict gangbanger that stands by the rules and on the skulls of our competitors.

I will build a team that will fight over graffiti all the time regardless if we having an event or not. Another team that will attend and takeover the events, and I know exactly who to put in what position.

Global events will take place very often.

If some other gang is willing to cooperate for a certain task, as long as there is common good and trust we can be partners.

This organization will be like a brotherhood, if anyone from a deputy to a newbie got attacked, we will always be there for the support no matter how hard the situation is, either we all go to jail or no one does.

Dominating the ghetto is just a piece of cake, and robbing everyone that passes by on our free time.

I will do my best to take 100% turf again but this time with me as the leader.

As a leader i WILL make sure to spread the name Marabunta arround the whole city by being known for our daily gang activity, i WILL work on making Marabuntas precence felt accros whole Los santos through regular turf controll and Grafittis and daily multiple store robberies so the LEOS wont event get the chance to relax

4. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization. i am confident that with the right team that i have already choosen to be my deputies that we will archive all these goals and plans.
I belive that making sure the gang members participates in all possible events such, such as store robberies, turf war, hostage situations and grafitti, is very important for improving our RP. This shows that my gang not only ACTIVE but also knows what its doing, wich will attract new members to the gang and current ones still attracted and engaged.

I will focus on recruiting trustworthy members and assigning them to important roles within the gang. I will ensure that deputies and high-ranking members are responsible, experienced, and capable of managing events and maintaining the gang's discipline. This will help improve RP and reduce rulebreaks.

To improve the RP environment within the gang, I will make sure to address and stop any toxicity. A toxic environment can ruin the RP experience for everyone, and I want to ensure that every member feels valued and respected, which will help the gang perform better in events and maintain a positive activity

4- Win all possible events - Work to bring maximum numbers to events and secure wins such as store robberies you know
