Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. The very first day when I joined the grand RP server my aim was to be a gangster and lead the families gang on top of los santos , even I have been in lots of organisation and take experience and I think that I can run my term very well with proper RP
2.2. I want to be a leader of families because I know my capability i can run the gang and make gang in top of crime industry because I got lots of experience in crime section of the city and IN Under my leader ship I want to lead events with my experience and Make the name of gang in golden words
2.3. In my terms the gang will be the most active gang in the whole city, i will try my best as a gang leader to do maximum store robbery, FZ raid , and hostage situation , Clands and highways robbery without doing any rule or rp break our gang will take care of propoer rp.
Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
1.I will keep all the members who are above 5 year Ic
2.Strict action will be taken on the one who will break the rules
3.A proper bonus management system will be put in place
4.I will ensure that all high commands will be available for any help.
