Hello,

please reduce my punishment as I always tried to adhere to server rules, I was frustrated yesterday cause of many ongoing things, and that guy rammed me during a 10-10 situation so the word suddenly came out of my mouth, which was wrong, but based on my punishment history please reduce the punishment.
