   - I have gained a vast of experiences in city . Most of the time i was in legal org like FIB,SAHP and LSPD as COS. i have gained all knowledges about events, how to run an organizations etc. LSPD is in the city near the Ghetto because of that there will be more criminal activities like store robbery, hostage situation, bank robbery etc. There is very good chance to show activity
   
   - I will to increase the activity of LSPD in city so that my officer will always ready for situaation. I will to work closer with other state organizations because i think that state organizations are not working much together. I want to plan lots of operations with other state organizations and want to show power of LEO side
   
   -I will prevent all illegal activities in city. our special forces called SWAT and UC department will work together and prevent illegal activities . most important task of LSPD is conduct collect evidences from criminals and help FIB To collect evidences to raid the Gangs

   - I would make my HR department very professional and strong so that we will have good numbers which leads to best activity. As well as my Internal Affairs so there will be no courruption in our organization all all units should be professional
   
   - I will not tolerate any type of favoratism in my organizations. I will personally inspect into ou units and their ranks. There will promotion ceremony every week in order to get promotion who are hardworking​
