As it is seen in the starting of the POV , me as a FIB i was trying to catch up with this guy for a crime he did but he was running away , i tried to stop him with words and then a teaser and ofcourse with gun , when finally i killed him i went to him to try and arrest him for his crimes but he did CL at time stamp (0:56) , for which i waited there for a bit and he also does a bug abuse at time stamp (2:07) .
