1) I have gained much experience in city and most of time i was in legal org like SAHP , Fib , LSPD About being a leader of LSPD it was my dream and i want to accomplish it I have the qualities of a good leader Apart that i have the potential to be a good leader and have a good communication with my employees. For me being a leader doesn't mean to abuse my power i have great ideas and goals and if i get the leadership i will accomplish the ideas and goals i have in my mind like i will make the city more peaceful and safe.
2) About Rank and Respect Peacefulness: i have seen that most of the High Commands disrespect the junior officer and didn't treat them in a way of respect that all of them deserved i will make sure that every one should treat in a good manner in such a way of respect that every body deserved about ranks!!! Every week there will be a promotion ceremony i will make sure that every officer will get a promotion if he was working hard to get it and extra bonuses also been given by me to those officers to..
3) HR , Patrolling and Arrest: I will hire the best HOD DHOD and Cos of HR and i will make sure that He/ She will be active and hire more officers as they can i will tell HR to train the new officers very well because i have seen lot of officers dosent know the rules and also most of the new officers dosent know the proper Rp correctly while they are arresting someone i will make sure that they are trained these officers are trained very well also for new officers our experienced officers will be with them and help them and train them how to arrest.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
About Roleplay in organization i will surely do lot of thing. in Action! i will tell my HR team to do State Waves everyday and give every one chance to join LSPD and if i get term i will make sure that our PR department is the most active department i will make sure that they will do one even daily. There will be a lot of fun and event Also our relationships will be good with other state orgs. We will surely assist all state orgs in a Good and Respected Way.
