I was doing an arrest, I made multiple mistakes on the way to DOC, I called my friend who has a hc experience to voice for him to help me do the arrest correctly, and The person i arrested confusing me, saying stuff with a high tone, And i couldnt stop in the middle of the road to ask what to do to my high commands, I was afraid of getting a strike so I chose to uncuff him and let him go to avoid any punishment i tought i would be facing, then Admin Xerqes Blackhand Came in, And He Said the things you can hear in the video, which is also marked here:
