Correct punishment. You need to fear regardless of how correct their demands are. They tell you to go and they ask "why you are still here", which implies there was more interaction cut away from this POV.
318523 and 2673 will receive punishments for UB Demands as there is no valid RP Reason to give Demands here in the open city. It is not your Property and it is not close to the full hour where we could count any solar panel raid. Nobody can take it at xx:04. Next time may lead to bigger punishments. You cannot just because of a bunch of panels make inner city a ghetto just because you like to.
