2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 At the start of my application , I want to introduce about myself, I'm Mad Hillz and im playing this project from last year, when i was new to city i was wondered by seeing the Cops taking care of citizens. after some time i joined LSPD as a cadet and i still remember the High command Apple Jerry hired me that time and i also failed interview 3 times in starting. and i started my Leo career from LSPD as a cadet and then worked for some days and got promotions by doing hard work in LSPD , and most of the time i worked as NON-HC and after i was High command in William Robinson term i still remember it. and after William term i went to SAHP as DHOD in jay jay lee term and also there i worked hard and i achieved my deserving rank as Chief of staff , and then after i joined NG as lieutenant in Spike Hill Term as 1st-Lieutenant , there i worked hard in HRT and promoted to Captain ( DHOD of HRT ) , and after i joined LSPD again in Williams term as DHOD and worked there till i get HOD , and i after that i also worked in Billy , Lucas , bob ,Andy, raiyan and also in some other term in LSPD , being as a High command i got to know how to deal in Hard situations in special missions/events and i was also taking care of LSPD while there is no ( COP/DCOP ) in city, by this i got to know so much knowledge how to run the org with perfect professional leadership skills, so now at finally I'm heartfully waiting to take the whole responsibility of LSPD...... ( i hope i may get the term ) if i get term i can show more activity than FIB...........
2.2 My current position within LSPD is General Chief of staff, i served 2x terms perfectly without any remark on me and without any conflicts. Now it is the time to take a responsibility of Los Santos Police Department ( L.S.P.D ) . I have the best and very highly experienced High command team to run the org under my leadership , i want to make my term as the best term ever seen before in past . i will be taking care of towing in whole city , at this towing i promise you that there will no remark on me for towing in my term .i have some good ideas to implement for my next term with my fellow officers . i want to make my term peacefully without any problems or without any remarks along with my fellow officers . i want to run my term without any favoritism....
2.3 i have some best unique ideas for missions , and this missions can stop the crime rate in the city . and i also want to be as a role model for all my fellow officers. i want to clean the city by doing towing 24/7 . i heartfully want to bring the Golden days back in my term with my fellow officers . i want to make fear in the gang people face by introducing new things, i will make friendly environment within other state org . Im brining the Best and highly experienced High command team for my term with me they can also lead my term smoother without any problems/ conflicts and This is my dream to Be as a Best Leader of the ORG ever , i heartfully hope i may get this term to prove my self as a best Genuine Leader..
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will ensure First mainly on Towing ( i will be personally taking care of towing in city 24/7 }.
3.2 i will ensure that there will be no problems/conflicts within our fellow officers .
3.3 i will run my term Genuinely without any favoritism between our HC / officers .
3.4 i will ensure friendly coordination with outer state orgs.
3.5 i have some unique special mission ideas , i will introduce all of them in my term.
3.6 i will make sure that we are the most super active when comparing to other state orgs.
3.7 i will make sure that we are attend all events daily .
Departments:
Traffic Enforcement : This the the main and important department of LSPD and we will be towing 24/7 without any remark . and will be clearing the city with all left over cars on road's etc. we will ensure the Public Safety . we will make sure each unit is doing at least 20 tows in a day . and also we will be issuing tickets according violated penal code...
Internal Affairs : IA is Back bone of LSPD , which helps us to stop corruption,conflicts,favoritism . This Department is lead by only COP/DCOP/COS in my term , so we can run the org without any problems in smoother way . and IA will make sure Bodycam checks /log checks / trunk inspection / mass inspection/ armoury checks. and ETC....
Human Resource and Training : HRT staff are main role model for all fellow officers and they are inspiration for LSPD . HRT staff will be helping officer with their doubts. and i will make sure we hire 100 people in starting days of my term . and i will make some improvements in HRT dep for Training sector , so other fellow officers can get trained properly. and HRT will be doing 6 open recruitment in day ( 3 before subs and 3 after subs )......
Public Relations : this is the best Department which give so much of fun/ entertainment for citizens . PR will be complete their 25 events by the ending of the term without any rejection , and also PR will be conducting 2 internal events per week .i also have good PR Team to complete all the events successfully ...
S.W.A.T : this the main department in LSPD which takes the most lead in all Missions/events . and i have good SWAT HC Team who can take lead in any hardest situations . and swat will be doing 3 Ghetto Patrols in a week. and also come kind of unique special missions with fellow officer / state orgs ....
