As you can clearly see in this players POV he is doing bug abuse + FAIL RP , he is clearly talking after death and you can see in his POV he is moving his screen still he only get punishment for meta gaming not for bug abuse and FAIL RP which is not a fair decision , please recheck this clip and take strict action against him.
