Also id like to add that the guy who made the forum is literally at informant location in his video at 0:05 and onwards and was given demands... he is not even close to RP ticket zone - the RP ticket zone was reduced in size, so how could it be ER 1.2 when they are standing at the informant location (fuel dispenser job; they are closer to there than they are RP ticket entrance)?
They were also provoking by being given demands and not leaving back to his original location (which was at the bottom of the street 0:02 in the video which is beside the RP ticket entrance - even then they have to jump over the wall and enter the zone from the street cause again the rp ticket size was reduced).
Lastly, I don't even think RP ticket was attacked till later, so how could the rule ER 1.2 apply if the zone was never attacked till later?
